ok ive got a 1.2carb engine and just wanted to know can i modify my air box or maybe(hopefuly) get one off another car that will fit to lot me put an induction kit on as i dont want to put the usual bolt on filter. i think carbon induction kits look alot better than a filter just sitting on top. anyone know?

There isn't one, you use a bolt on filter on carb engines.
Induction kits are for Injected engines.

you can use the inlet cover from a 1.2 singlepoint corsa. the thing that bolts to the single injector and has a length of hose running from it to the airbox. ive got one if you want it. pm me

all I did back in the olden days was to remove the silly flap valve & fit a cold air pipe to the front grille to the right of the radiator. dunno if it ever did any good.
