Realy depends what you want and how much work you are willing to do yourself?!?

paint wise? what do you want? metalic? pearl...etc

and how much work are you willing to do? i.e prep work! Your paint job will become alot cheaper if you rub down the car so it is ready to paint!

as for where to get it done....look in your local telephone directory and start making some calls

places round here dont like it if you prep because they say "we dont want to be responsible if the paint doesnt come out right" or some bs!
so just be careful if you do prep it yourself!
all I did was buy some paint and have a go, took a while but i can paint fairly well now but still dont want to try a full car!
