i was just woundering what would people do to a gsi engine for better performance :)

twin 40's or mappable ecu + longer profile high lift cam, ported and polished head, 4-1 exhaust manifold, full aftermarket exhaust.

Strip as much weight as possible out of the car ;).

or do what i have just done strap a t2 to it and have it rolling roaded at just 8psi at 167.4 bhp and reliable (so far touch wood but its not mine anyway just a project a mate is funding)

either of the above will both see gains in torque and power. Take it in steps to spread the cost out
