Get your self some 8mm copper pipe, about ?8 for a roll (10 meters !) i used about 4 m doing mine.

dont you have to flair the ends on the copper though? can you get a tool somewhere for that? or is it only on brakelines you have to flair them.

I flaired mine, tool was about ?15 (?) from machine mart, does all sizes of pipes from brake lines sizes up.

auto vaux do the steel fuel lines in 8mm and 10mm comes in a reel you just have to simply bend it to the shape you need i did

you wont really find "cheap" braided line... for a start cheap stuff isnt really fia legal etc

Earls make uber good stuff but its mega ???
Tweeks and rally design sell similar stuff too.
i think you need -7 line for fuel..
