Which strut brace?

I have an 88 1.2 carb Nova Merit, which strut brace will fit, the straight ones (advertised on eBay as for GSi) or does it have to be the curved type? If anyone has pics of these two types of strut brace (if it fits ofc) on a carb'ed 1.2 they would be great. Cheers

you'll probably need the curved type, thats what i got on my carb 1.4.

can take a pic in the morning if you want.

While you're choosing, get an aluminium one to keep the weight down.

The curve type is best for a carb engine iirc, so it clears the airbox.

the gte one should be fine, if you got a k&N i would of though
