cav turbo callipers, but which 4 stud discs??

Hey guys can anyone help?? i am putting Cav Turbo callipers on my car but not changing to five stud can't be bothered with the hassle so what discs from what car can i use? and is the size 288mm??

its 284x24 I think.

M-tech have 4-stud discs..

I think its a Fiat coupe disc, not sure on model/part number etc tho.

yep its the fiat coupe/alfa 155 discs, both the same part number. Cant remember it though.
