f28 let?

right due to my sr being just about shagged and hic willing to insure me on a let im gonna go balls out and get a turbo. was thinking about the 6 speed box is it a custom job or will it bolt on with new mounts. also is a lsd that neccessary and ive heard the lets rip the gearbox to pieces in a nova?
what is the best gearbox to go for in the let as im planning to use it everyday?

6 speed box will need the chassis mount re welding, also lower the tie bars and cut/weld the linkage. Would be better if you plan to use it everyday but you may be able to get away with an F20. LSD isn't necessary but does make a massive difference, go for a Quaife ATB, don't listen to Stuart he doesn't know any different, lol.
