sr distributer

as ive mentioned before i have a 1.4 sr engine going in to my spi loom, the distributer cap etc is the same as on my spi,
so would the coil from the spi do the job?

1.4Sr has a different distributor than a 1.4spi.

The coil may work, but the dizzy is different.
Why not just fit the 1400sr coil?

different plugs, due to the loom being different. looms are head work :(

SPi dizzy has a hall sensor plug, carb dizzy has no hall sensor so wont have the plug.

ah.... so would the coil work from the spi as the plugs are different there also

It may work, but im not sure.
Personally, i'd just use the SR coil. as you know that will work.

cool, i will take a look in to my loom, see if i need a different plugs or if i can addapt the one i alredy have
