Removing fin part of gsi skirt

Clips on the flat part, and small rivets on the underneath and on the arch lip iirc.

Whats the best way of removing rivets apart from rivin em off?

drill heads off should be 2 rivets in arch lip an i think either 1 or 2 self tappers in the straight part
