tbh makes no difference. you will leve it set on 0deg anyway.... even with a fairly lairy cam its near std timing.

Ive only had to adjsut my pulley very marginally and thats for a silly profile 306degree solid profile cam lol

just get the cam as prevoiulsy said, its needs to be set at 0 anyway so use the standard pulley

if u was to skim the head, you might want a variable pulley, but even so, u could just undo the standard pulley, find the timing you want, and redrill the woodruf/dowel key slot

if you really want jsut take your std pulley to a machine shop and ask for a kidney slot to be put in the hole... ?20 should see you with a fully adjustable pulley, jsut make sure you loctite it all up ;)
