is a kent cam an pulley any good on a standard 1.4 sr
tbh makes no difference. you will leve it set on 0deg anyway.... even with a fairly lairy cam its near std timing.
Ive only had to adjsut my pulley very marginally and thats for a silly profile 306degree solid profile cam lol
just get the cam as prevoiulsy said, its needs to be set at 0 anyway so use the standard pulley
if u was to skim the head, you might want a variable pulley, but even so, u could just undo the standard pulley, find the timing you want, and redrill the woodruf/dowel key slot

read my thread posted a few days ago about adjustable cam pulley, you'll get the answers
"when does one need an adjustable cam pulley"
if you really want jsut take your std pulley to a machine shop and ask for a kidney slot to be put in the hole... ?20 should see you with a fully adjustable pulley, jsut make sure you loctite it all up ;)
