Just trial fitted my manifold, problem is, there is now no way the rad will fit. It comes out about 7 inch from the head. See pic

Its from a Calibra 16v
Now ive looked my astra Gsi and that manifold would fit a treat.
To be honest i thought all 20XE manifolds were the same, obviously not. lol
All i wanted to know is what manifolds fit nova without going through the rad.
Obviously i know an Astra would, but what about Cav's or earlier astras.
Thanks, Nathan

my original manifold was from a cavalier gsi so I was told and it did leave some marks on the radiator but with my current xe engine its got a bigger manifold and I had to bend the metal brackets where the rubbers sit forward so the radiator was sitting a bit further forward. There is still marks on the my radiator but some of them were from fitting and I dont think its touching while driving

you need to move the mountings of the rad infront of the ones on the car, i.e move the car forward on the top mounts that is. It'll be tight but will work. Also you only get the lovely dints in the rad if your using gay standard rubber mounts along with dints in your bulk head as well.
