Breaking 1.3sr with cam kit, stainless, lowering springs and weber carb!!!

i am breaking a 1.3sr that has had ??? spent on the engine , it has piper kam kit with all the recipts , polished and ported and skimmed head , this was very fast when in car ,,, breaking due to being rotten ,
i am looking for "?250 for the engine , the cam alone cost ?400++ have got recipts to prove it ,

what condition are the wings in what is colour code ?

the wings are mullered , all i know is that the cam its self cost ?308 from courtnay sport . it has a piper PULDA13 vernier pulley in blue
