Sport or early 1.3 SR brake servo information required, I need the 4 digit number

Help required please, I am trying to find a four digit number that is stamped on the seam of the original Sport and early 1.3 SR brake servo(Nickel plated/gold coloured donut shaped one), can you all tell me what number is on yours?

aernt they all the same ,if you phone vaux an tell them your reg an engine number they should be able to tell you the part number for it then phone auto vaux 01924 376003 as i think vaux will say they are discontiued
