bursting hose

hi has anyone else had this problem. ive had my pipe from the heater matrix to the inlet manifold burst for the second time. the first time i replaced the pipe with a new gm one and fitted a new head gasket. why has this gone again?

ok ive got it bodged for the mo with some 16mm coolant hose. could anyone sugest a samco kit which would suit the 1.2spi

the matrix could be blocked, use two t pipes and by-pass it to the out hose

its running fine through the matrix. the problem lies from the matrix out pipe to the inlet manifold.
