1600 t40'd saloon project back on track!!!!

well im buzzin today - after my saloon has been sat for nearly 2 years since i put the gsi lump in i finally got it running this morning ( ive been doing other stuff im not that slow lol ) purrs sweetly - so i'll be posting new pics up soon - ive managed to get a hold of some buckets (not my originals which have been at the trimmers since the dawn of time - I think the blokes dead, hes taking that long lol ) but pics of the cage and interior will be here soon - getting some 17" black wolfrace wheels soon and will also fit my 60 drop shocks and springs :thumb:

I retrimmed the rears and door cards myself the fronts are some temporary ones till i get my original buckets back (if i evr do) I bought the material from a local upholsterers merchant its about ?5 per metre but its about 1.5 metres wide

yeah i was in 2 minds about that - its kind of red crackle effect - looks like lava (active imagination required)lol alternator and starter are also painted like that - we'll see what happens:thumb:

Are you sure you want to put 17" wheels on and drop it 60mm?, i reckon you should keep those nice white wheels you have and get a full suspension kit with a 60mm drop.

well im getting the wheels from my mate - swapping foir some spare ones i had lying around, ive also got the 60 drop kicking about in the boot lol we'll see what happens i can always change if i dont like them :)
