Bit more progress at last!

Well its been a while in coming. Been suffering big time with a leak from the sump. At first we thought perhaps a cracked block due to the nature of the leak.
But after 2 sump gasket changes and 2 oil pump gaskets i decided to refit my spare pump and APresto! No leak. We think perhaps the oil pump may either have been slightly warped or damaged in some way!! ANyhow finally sorted.
Just a few bits left now such as clean up inside and put passenger seat back in and foot plates. renew some of the jubilee clips in the engine bay as some are broken. And main one is get the tracking sorted and the steering wheel.
But must admit sounds real nice on the throttles. Think the cams help make it sound alot better also. Running it on a standard xe map with throttles for now to run a few miles on it. then its of to aldon automotive i think to be mapped up. Then finally maybe the body shop depending on how i feel and how rough i want it to look lol!!!!
There was also a change of rims. thanks to BR!!!! Really like the RL7s ! :)

Yes mr bish gladly donated the mirrors for a small sum! :thumb:

The wheels are 15 inch. gave up with the 16s. 15s so much less hassle tbh!
Tyres i got cheaper to which is a bonus. :)

if you got pics thats even better mate. also where abouts are your harnesses mounted to? just moved mine to behind the seat on the floor but aint sure wheres best.

harnesses go throught he floor behind the chair with welded back plates.
the other goes to the rear seat belt holder above the fuel tank

that looks well smart mate, i think the white car/white wheel combo looks spot on, black wheels look to much like steelies when your moving at any sort of decent speed
