just a quick one. does anyone know if the spi tank is the same as the gte/gsi? cos im looking into a conversion

no they are diff

gte/gsi/sri all have external fuel pumps,

spi's are inernal - but you can change the pump to say an mpi one from an astra mk3, and it will work fine
