mk2 hazzard switch

right i remember seeing a while back some mk2 hazzard switchs that where modded or somthing what where they?
also anyone recomend a digital clock that fits into the slot where the original goes?

basically they was just standard one's with the spring removed,

why was that then? i thought it was somthing to do with light or somthing wasnt it? is it worth doing?

Well it means it can't break as the latching device doeasn't work. You pull it on and push it off. Only really worth doing if yours has broken.
