If you want your rocker cover polished! You can get it done by your local metal polishers, but from experience I wouldn?t bother! Unless you don?t mind spending the earth! Just get a polishing kit and do it yourself!
That?s what I have been doing, it takes time but then you know the jobs done right!
Or you could just get it chromed!

You can get them off eBay, there are all different size kits for different metals. I think would be looking at about ?50 for an abrasive to polishing finish kit which has everything you need!

Unless u enjoy polishing on regular occasions, I would recommend you don't bother because the finish doesn't last....

i polished my xe rocker cover and my GTE rocker cover, using a polishing kit that came with various wax abrasives and a few different grades of mop that fits on the the end of a drill. Before any polishing was done i flatted the rocker cover with 400, then 600, then 800, then 1200 wet and dry to remove any inperfections from the metal, then set about polishing it with the various grades of wax abrasives going from the most co**** to the finest. its quite a dirty job but i found the results very pleasing and managed to save 90 quid for the sake of my time. my kit also came with a fine white powder which u rub in to the metal once you have finished to give it a high shine, and also a pot of clear laquer, which will ensure the finish remains sweet. :thumb:
