A GTE bumper would look better on your mk1 imo tho.

your gonna need to buff/polish up the wings abit and espically the bonnet so you have the new bumper colour matching the car

I'd say a once over with t-cut to get the colour back, then pick a product from here (http://www.meguiars.co.uk/) to polish with.

^ I found Megs Stage 1 polish (colour restorer) to be much better than TCut. Afaik its not as abrasive as Tcut either.
