rolling roads

hi,
i need to find a good rolling road, where the i could get:

a) my nova gte tuned, as i am fitting a chipped ecu and fse
b) my brothers robin hood kit car properly set up with his r1 carbs

im at uni in swansea, but live in watford herts. does anyone know anywhere near to either? my brother is looking at going to bogg bros. but its a fair trek...
