1.4SR into 1.2SPI

im buying a whole 1.4SR and im transplanting the engine and box into mine.

what EXACTLY is the process?

any steps to remember or general tips?

fuel tank/fuel pump?

what downpipe?

gear linkages?

radiators + coolant pipes etc etc

Use the entire SR exhaust system,downpipe, manifold.
Leave the gearlinkage, radiator,coolant pipes as they are, they are fine.

You can keep the SPi tank and remove the pump.
Or fit the SR tank.

You will need to remove the mini loom thats with the SR coil/dizzy and fit that to your car.

does the SR have a twin downpipe?

il be braking the remainder of the car so bare me in mind....

Yep, the Sr has a twin branch downpipe.
