1/4 mile time for corsa, very pleased

Right i spent all weekend down pod, had a total of 16 runs. n my set up i managed to run a 13.3@105mph ( thats just xe inlet cam an intercooler), but when i borrowed jamies phase ecu i managed to get a 13.1@110mph. I was very pleased with that cosidering the tyres are utter **** (P6000 lmao). I have vids of me owning so many cars, two skylines are in the list for which i had a massive cheer in the grand stand when i did lol

I only got two runs then snapped a shaft!

14.5 was my best time, couldnt get the power down!

Forgot to say, what launch technique do you find best in your car?

Try and take it steady in 1st - then power down in 2nd?

I cant seem to find a technique that doesnt induce wheelspin!

i go steady in 1st 2nd then let rip in 3rd, saying that i was getting some very good starts, every 4x4 skyline scooby i went against i launched much better than.

yes thats the one, my nitrous arrived friday day time an so i didnt get chance t fully fit it all in. It also had a lot of bird **** on it lol

I was watching "Vroom Vroom" on sky last night, in a drag race a new 500bhp M5 run a 13.3, albeit on an airstrip. That gives an insight into how fast the corsa is off the mark and thru the 1/4.

nica one phill, iv still got your time slip, by the way ppl i was there and ran a 13.3 at 110mph and it was my first ever time on the 1/4 mile, as with phill i think we upset a few ppl there lol, (u can see how well my ecu works now) for anybody that was there i was in the white nova sporting the mettalic pink front wheels with semi cuts on lol
