gear ratios

anyone know a website where i can get a list of the gear ratios that all novas came with? or does anyone know anything about them? namely what ratio does a nova sri have and what model nova comes with a 4.18?? thanks in advance

Do a search. I have a f13 close ratio gear cluster, and a 4.18 cwp. Acceleration is very rapid, makes the engine seem like it has alot more power than it really does. Altough a std gear box from an SR or GTE and so on has one or the other, either CR cluster or 4.18 fd. Also worth mentioning that some GTE/GSi nova's had standard gear ratios and std fd.

Look in the owners handbook (the grey one that has the slot in the top of a mk1 gloves compartment) the ratios are in there.
