nova gte help

Hey everyone i recently put a nova gte lump in my car and i want to gain more power from it. Without spending a huge amount of money. Can someone point me in the right direction of what engine mods to do. Thanks

the 1.4 guide in the sig link is mostly applicable to the 1.6 (ignore the head stuff to an extent though)
