Need help...

After fitten T40 i put a oil breather filter on to the pipe that used to run into the single carb.(its the little silver one in the pic) Put after driven for a bit it starts smoken and burning a lot of oil. Is it not brethen enough or wat:confused:
And wat can i do about it ???

That pipe from the rocker cover can be put to a catch tank.

usually happens with t40s as there is no vacum to suck away the crankcase fumes. Fit a tank to catch the oil, also make sure that the engine has'nt got too much oil.

Yeah the filter is pumping out fumes, but it seems to be burning away all my oil. Can i get a t piece and connect it to the other breather that goes down behind the T40s ???

No, the pipe that comes from behind the block is the breather outlet to the cam housing, which then vents back into the inlet from the rocker cover outlet.

You can't join the pipe that should breathe the fumes out back into the pipe they are coming from.

is there anyway around it then without getten a catch tank?

Ye, just put the hose into a bottle or something to catch anything that comes out.
