need help asap!

anyone actually welded new rear arch repair panels on?? and do i need to cut away old arch? would it be easier to put new rear quarter on? or what?? both rear quarter arches are shot to pieces on the nova...

any help would be great.. pics would be awesome too..

yeah you do need to cut the arches away i would thing rear quarters is better than just the arches.
