Everything you need to fit is included, carb, manifold, air filter (not in pics), I will even throw in a used 1.4SR throttle cable. This was fitted to a 1.4SR engine so I'm assuming that a 1.4 inlet is used but I haven't taken it off the head yet so I'm not 100%

When i was running this it worked perfectly, never gave me any problems and was protected with additional fuel filters, which are included!
