You'll definately need an mpi fuel pump, I don't know about the looms.

You would need to wire the GTE loom into your car loom.
You could leave the Spi loom in place and just tie it up out the way, or you could completely remove the spi loom(quite a task tho)

You need a mk3 astra/cav mpi fuel pump, you then fit that into your spi tank.

Long Live: How hard is it to wire the gte/gsi loom into the 1.2spi car loom?

Is it just a case of wiring the coresponding colour wires up and what about the ecu?

Thanks:thumb:

Ecu stays in the engine bay on a e16se.
Then theres about 7wires that need wiring, 12v live, ign live, earth, fuel pump, tacho, coolant guage etc.
Just wire them in.

Sounds pretty easy in theory, probably a different story when your faced with wires going everywhere tho lol

Yes, but the SPI one is up behind the glovebox, the gte ecu is mounted in the engine bay on the firewall.
