keep the mounts from your 1.2 tho

Ye, another SPI(1.4/1.6) will go straight in.

A 1992 cav/astra should have a dizzy SPI engine.

A later engine may have dispak tho, and have a slightly different engine loom to your nova.

about90 iirc if that.i had a 1.6 spi astra and it was slow as feck about 100 was flat out lol

the 1.6 spi engine is a waste of time. fit a nova gte/gsi engine if you must (dont forget to tell the insurance too ;) )

ohhhhhhhh yeh sounds like a plan batman! but with the c20xe what about drive shafts and moutns? mounts are probs same but drive shafts? say i got a 2l 8 v out of a cavvy, new shafts isit?

14NV is the 1.4 carb from a nova SR or a mark 2 astra.

When new around 75bhp compared to the 45-50 the 1.2spi had when it was new.

ahhh i see, i wouldnt mind something like a 1.6 16v with t40s, but apperenlt there one of the harder conversions.
