WOO HOO!
finaly got my wheel and top mounts back from the machinest on friday! so thought id set about re fitting them and getting the car back on the deck instead of on axle stands!
also the new hi spec calipers are all on and the brakes are all bleed up and ready to go! needed to fab up some 10mm spacer blocks in the end to get them to fit the 308mm disks:)
decided to fully solder my digi dash in aswell as it was put in before with the poverty spec chocey blocks! looks nice and neat now with heat shrink on!:)
had one up set, sent my spa gauge back about 2months ago as the green back light option didnt work. got it back thursday! took my time to fit it all nice, again with heat shrink etc! only to find the ****ing green back light still does not ****ing work!
car seems pritty much done, just got to finish the pipe work water side of things, and run the live to the fuel pump and mount it up
changed the stainless inlet pipe back to std as i was having problems with the cam belt cover hitting it!

doubt it would be at pv Keith! just been wiring up the kenlowes, decided not to use the adjustable stat so just running it off the std wires.also been finishing the water pipes, god dam left handside heater matrix hose! need to get 2 of them plastic elbows to make it all fit properly so theres no kinks etc:roll: but thats about it a heater matrix pipe and the headertank pipe that goes to the plastic pipe at the back of the block!:)

Looking good !!!
instead of fitting an elbow to the matrix, get a flexi pipe that you use to fit kitchen / bathroom taps to the copper water pipes costs about ?5 from any diy store, fix one end to the copper pipe that comes off the matrix then just join the other end to the rubber pipe.
Pic aint the best but gives you an idea !?

lol just been to b&q! only one i could find was a 15mm one! got it, shame i cant get the compression fit elbow in there as it would be perfect but there isnt enough room to swing it in! going to cut the braid off one end, insert some 15mm copper into the bathroom spec hose them the std matrix pipe fits perfectly over that!:)

I fitted a short bit of copper pipe at the other end of the hose to clamp a rubber water pipe to, i managed to find a piece of water pipe in my garage that fit the plastic pipe on the block and the 15mm copper pipe on the flexi hose.

all done mate! not with out a few swear words tho! fecking jubileeslol

i used small sections off the matrix pipe at either end and tied them together with the braid with a small bit of stainless pipe inserted into either endlol
