Any1 with filter king regulator

I have a filter king fuel pressure regulator, the one with the massive bowl, does any know do i screw the adjustment in to reduce pressure or out? Thanks

okay so that question's not too popular. Does anyone know if a higher number emulsion tube lets more or less petrol into a carb? or is a lower number let less fuel

yes screw in to reduce pressure screw out for more petrol
