under car neons

thinking of gettin some blue or green neons for my nova and I'm wondering if anyone has any on there car ? what do they look like in the dark, any good ?

i recon they look pretty cool if the colour goes well wiv ya car, but some people recon they are tacky

its against the law to have them on while driving if they go all the way around the car. If they are just on the sides they are ok. I say get them all the way around but have seperate switches for the sides and seperate ones for the front and back. Save the front and back lights for cruses and use the side ones all the time.

Im sure its illegal to have under car neons on at all whilest on the road? Or is it all the way round ones like u said are illegal? What colour would go best with Red, its black vynal on the bottom half of the doors.

they are totally illegal to have anywhere on the car, since they distract other drivers (thats what the police say) its a stupid law, because if your looking at something else, and you crash, its your own fault for looking elsewhere!
even neon washer jets are illegal etc etc

Like the last post said, neon lights are totally illegal!

They look totally fucking amazing on the underside of your car, down the sides....There is a pic in this months Max Power on one of the cruise pages with a car with blue neon lights on the underneath and they look fab!

I read sumwhere....Link them to your heater/blower switch (or nething like that..)
Then simply switch on and off as pleased :D

Go look @ da photo....its either in July ed of Max Power or latest Red Line...

if you do fit them make sure the tubes are concealed and only the glow can be seen, looks tacky as fukk otherwise.

you can buy a couple of max power street wise 28 inch neons for bout 30 - 40 quid that screw on to the sides underneath ur car and have wires so u can feed it up to ur dash and connect up sum kinda switch.
