Probably said this in one of your previous progress posts, but it looks well smart considering I'm not normally a fan of wide arches. :thumb: What bumpers did you decide on?

Coming together well! Hows that major badboy going to effect road lighting?

looks really well. i have that kit to but me front wings are for a mk1 nova, did your kit have mk1 front or mk2? cheers

just noticed you have'nt got indicators on your wings as yet, are you intending to keep it that way? is it legal?
Just asking becuase i've just noticed that my new nova has no wing indicators, the wings were replaced with pattern parts, and i'm guessing that you have to cut holes yourself for them? would it pass MOT without?
knukkles
30-04-06, 10:09 PM
--sri pete-- the front wings i got cauld fit any i had to cut out the indicator holes on the front because wen i got the kit it did not have any holes for the lights

--jonny27-- im keeping the wings as they are . cuz ive got a set of m6mirrors with indicaters built in to them if your nova is mk1 then yes you will need some sort of indicator on the side but if its mk2 then i think you will be ok without and it shauld go thraugh mot

they look much better flushed like yours. Why do you reckon and mk2 dose'nt need em? i presume that the mk2 front indicators sorta show from the side?
knukkles
30-04-06, 10:52 PM
you can see it from the side unlike mk1s but if you do need em instead of drilling thraugh the wing why not buy some mirrors with the indicators in them

flush idicators in bumper can look cool. there is alot of potential using the bumper as there are all sorts of shapes and sizes which could be used to suit your taste. this has been done on the maxpower haynes nova which does look good to me.
