Got my t40 up and runnin today but after i drove it for a min it sounded like a metal ratle r sumtin. I check the plug and they wer black and i was only getten 50 psi compresion from each plug. i think i had the presure reg. too high and flooded it. Cos ders no return the petrol mixed with the oil so do you think i cud have blown a valve r are the carbs jst not set up right.
