View Full Version : brake servo + wires
Hi guys i need more help. Im taking everythink out of my engine bay ready to put the 2ltr in. But when i was taking the brake servo off i broke the green wires that is conected to it:( . Can you get new ones of these or can i use the ones on my astra gte.
There is no wires on the servo, the only wires are the 2 that go to the brake fluid reservoir, can you not just rejoin (solder / crimps) them ?

Yea thats it not the servo. I dont know if you can because the pipes are quite small. And dont know if it would be safe.

I ment the two red wires coming from fluid reservoir in the left of the pic. Is that clearer now?
Cant see the pic, if the wires are damaged then you can just chop of the damged part and join (solder) a new piece of wire on, if the plug that connects to the reservoir is damaged then you should be able to use some spade connectors instead.
