I have got a 1.0 8v mk2 and im wondering would i be able to put twin 40s on it and put a 1300 cam into it and wud it make much difference.

Nope you cant.
As yours is a Overhead Valve engine, and uses a different cam etc to a 8v Overhead Cam engine.
And you cant get a inlet for Twin40s to a 1L.

Best thing to do is fit a different engine, or fit nitrous to the 1L :)
