Got another shell which is in very good condition which was for sale on here. So i'll post up progress as i go on.

Wow, didn't realise your old shell was in such a state nathan, hope you get some good life out of the new shell, it's pretty mint, shame to see her go :(

Hi James, yeah its pretty bad. You can understand why i was desperate for a shell. :thumb:

I'll post up pics of the new shell soon. Gonna seam weld it this week and hopefully paint the bay, under arches and inside.

Quite a bit of nasty rot there Nathan.

almost as bad as my SRi lol ill get some pics of that up...i managed to pull the front towing hook off with my hand as all the chassis leg etc just fell apart. I have a mound of rusty metal on my driveway at the moment as i still haevnt swept it up.
It is supprising how it passed an MOT though!

i saw the first pic and thought what the hell is he re shelling it for its well nice and it looks solid. then i looked at the rest!

MOTers aint going to hit things with a hammer etc tho.
They would probably look, scrape the rust abit, and pass it.
