For those that have retrimmed their seats, what material did you use. I have SR seats in grey (actually quite a nice shade but worn) and looking for general advice on materials. Did you encounter any probs (except the metal loops).
We have these chairs at work in light grey - the material is like really soft brushed suede but its not suede - dead nice. It's not velour - wish I knew wot it was.

I used black leather for the bolsters
And blue alcantara for the middles.
Looks easy
Not as easy as it looks........

Im setting up as a trimmer if u interested.

cheers - I'll keep the offer in mind - send me some pics of yer work. How much u charge to retrim SR seats + backs? 2 tone grey (dark n light) - preferbaly in some kind of hard wearing brushed suede or other similar material?
Currently working on external part of car - will be doing interior in a few months (need to save up a bit of dosh 1st mind).

Im after a price on a set of seats retrimming please mate, could save me money-I was after a blue SR interior but theyre hard to get- can I have pics of ur work n some prices too please?

V nice. You've even trimmed yer steering wheel and glove box. Whats the floor done in and how did you mold it (or was it cust and sewn to fit ot glued to the original flooe carpet?
