Fuel Warning light stays on.

Help! I filled the tank up yesterday morning, the tank is now 3/4 full, the fuel gauge appears to be accurate but the fuel warning light stays on. It does go out occasionaly but is always back on very shortly after.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, what was the problem and was it fixed?

P.S. It's GTE 6 dial clocks

The resistor has probably gone in the unit itself try another set of clocks and that should sort it. then just swap one unit for another.

i have some mk1 6 dial clocks i pulled the needles off 2 paint em an now they dont read right do you wanna buy so you can swap the dials over ?
