Anyone out there ever retrimmed their roof lining? Did you encounter any probs (around sun roofs etc). Any advice? Looking to retrim mind (looks a bit scabby) in grey to match the rest of my interior soon. Dont really want to go to the bother of taking it down it its a bastud to get back up (I know there are little hooks in it somewhere that keep it on the roof)

Ive taken a section down at the back to fit my beesting ariel, it was a c**t. there are loads of metal clips which don't do back up very well. Your best bet mate is to get a GSI roof lining as its sort of a board (i think) rather than just fabric/vinyl.

Ive had mine done.
Grey velour
Looks miles better than vauxhall stuff.

Get a m8 to give you a hand- two people required to fit it.

any areas for concern? did you stitch it together in sections to the original lining or just replace the whole lot?

All One piece so its a bit baggier but i prefer it that way.

Is the GSI lining a piece of board? - If so, I really prefer that - might have to visit scrappy again...
