upon reading a recent post about the centre console (pictured in one of the Milton Keynes cruises in the shows/cruises section of this site) I have decided that I'm goin to modify my own centre console. Problem is I'm havin trouble coming up with ideas about what to put in.
So far I have decided to..
buy gear knob and gaiter which will have an alloy gear gaiter surround to make the gear stick that wee bit fancier. Think of makin a panel that goes all the way to the rear (as far back as the front seats) with maybe one of those floor-based ashtrays taken from a corsa. However I dont let anyone smoke in the back therefore and ashtray would be pretty useless.
Then I was thinking of creating some sort of mobile phone holder and charger (which was planned for the front section, but think now I'll put someit else in instead)
The main problem is tryin to decide what to put in the front. On the photos mentioned above there is a rev counter, but I'm not while keen on that
Therefore I am asking you people what I should have as the "main feature" of my centre console????
Gimme you're suggestions, who idea I choose shall receive a pat on the back :P
