$10K Budget

I want a 500 HP/Trq 383 Turnkey, Built rhd, trans. What is the best Crate motor, rhd, and trans to complete the task? I'm spending $1,500 on disc brakes for my '68 Nova this wk. What is the best brake system for this price? I saw some for front disc and back drums for $1,200 and Baer front and back for over $2,200 (out of my budget). What should I do?

The $1,500 doesn't come out of the $10K budget. I just need the best brakes at $1,500 that I can get. Then the $10k I'm looking for the best motor, rear, trans, that I can get. Thanks!

I'm looking to mostly drag race and weekend cruise this car and am looking for to have the work done professionaly as I'm more of a racer and less mechanic. Looking to have it all done around $10k and am looking for 11 sec time slips and drive to and fro track and live in Jersey.
