Whats different to a 20XE Conv??
Seam welding??
What mounts/shafts etc
I presume GSi pump and tank??
Any help asap greatly appreciated!

mount wise you should just use the novas ones as far as i know, same as fitting a 1.6 Gte engine, dont need welding but you can get big power out of them so depends what your plans are to whether you need to.
so if the cars already a GSi it should drop straight in yeah??

Engine drops straight in.
If its a x16xe you will need the transducer and the chip out the ignition key.
If its a c16xe then theres no need to bother about the immobiliser system as it dont have one.
You will need to make up the exhaust, cutting/welding the x/c16xe downpipe to fit the nova system.
Wiring is just the same as any other conversion.
GSI pump and tank ye, or SPI tank and mpi intank pump.

Nah its the guy who bought my GSi wants to do it!!
Ive told him not to be GHEY and put the XE on 45s i have lying around in it!!!
