nova twin 40's help

Hi i have had saome twin 40's on my car for two days now and one of the carbs is not working and making a squeeking noise it has numerous airleaks etc. Does anyone know anywhere in the derby area that can help me get my t40's working properly and get them fitted well:mad::cry:
