tbh it totally depends on what make of springs you have. Rears can vary quite a bit as some spring suppliers dont seem to drop the back by much at all. But us boys know how low to go.

consequently the stiffest r/springs Ive found are the std GSi ones I took off. So I'm going to mod the rear beam to lower the ride height & maintain the exhaust clearance & keep the stiffest springs.
