all novas have round exhaust manifold so any will fit including the GSi manifold, which I think is the best standard one, But it bends to the opposite side under the car, so would need a bit welded in to join em, know someone who can sort it cheap. Or ask a good geezer i know- Wayne in Speedshack West Drayton-he knows tonnes of guys.

what you need is an sri manilfold - has the lambda sensor, with sr downpipe, and sr exhaust system, they will get rid of the cat and give you a little more power due to the better manifold
