from what i can see:-

negitive points-

theres a dent in the edge of the door
rust on the rear arch
dodgy angled exhaust
no horn button
no front end!

positive points-

its blue
repairs will be easy
new tyre to the rear n/s
looks like a sunny day

im affraid theres not much to focus on in that pic, the potentials there though.
