Whats the easiest way to pull out the rear arches. I know people that have used a hammer, but is that the best way !! My tyres are rubbing against the arches, and I can't have anyone in the back.

Any ideas ??

be sure your arches are strong enough before you do anything. even slightly rusty arches can fall apart when touched.

you have obviosly got the wrong offset wheels or they wouldn't touch the arches. unless you either haven't rolled / cut the rear arches or they are 17's or 18's or something like that.

what 14" rubbing they must be way out!My mate has a 3dr droped -80mm on 14" and dont rub at all, what size are you tyres!wot off set are the wheels!you can use 185/60-14, 185/55-14 or the norm 175/65-14 on a -60mm drop in my experience!went for the 185/60-14 when the other tyres were worn out!(give less body roll!
