Firstly, hello im a new member from the herts area.

Secondly, I dont know if this is a silly question, sorry if it is.

I have a K reg nova 1.2i which i am putting a 1.6gte lump into, my problem is I am buying new suspension (just spring and damper). Do I buy suspension to fit a gte, gsi, or 1.2i?!

Im stuck, if anyone can help I would be very greatful.

Id of thought 1.2 as your keep the shell.

I thought all the shells where basically the same. If i put 1.2i springs and dampers on wont it sit lower due to the increased weight of the gte engine??

I'd say get the suspension for GTE/GSI.

What suspension it is (uprated)? What is the condition etc?

The susp should be same. GTE's sat lower from std so usually when you see the kits listed the 1.6 engined cars dont read as low a drop as the poverty models because they start higher.

nah its a silver 1.2i merit. U've prob seen jamie about, red sr with 5 spoke 16s and TAZ on the number plate

i havent seen it theres a girl at my work and her boyfriend has one she says its mint but im yet to see it.

dont think so its a red gte mine is a red 1.4sr on speedlines and some black mulitspokes at the moment. i work in tesco lol so its normally parked round the back.
